We require either a Visa or Mastercard credit card number with expiry date or a sterling cheque as a secure deposit, to confirm a reservation.

A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required for all New Year reservations.

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy for most of the year, except during July, August and at New Year, when we require at least 7 days notice of any cancellation in writing and acknowledged by us.

Notice of cancellation received less than the above will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.

Earliest check-in time is from 4pm or by prior arrangement. Check- out time is requested by 10.30am on day of departure.

An estimated arrival time is requested for all reservations.

We welcome payment by cash, sterling cheques supported by a cheque guaranteed card, also sterling traveller cheques and euros.
